The Only Cure For Snoring Problem

If you and your spouse suffer from horrible snoring, You are not alone. 23% couples suffer seriously from this terrible condition.

The problem isn't just the irritation of staying awake the whole night or waking up from a souse's elbow over and over again. Not getting enough rest is simple life threatening.

If you drive a car or cross a street, for example, you’ve to have full attention and energy.

Your health and your partners health is also in danger from snoring. Heart attack, nerves breakdown and stroke are only three examples of condition effected by snoring and lack of sleep. Not to mention that bad snoring can be indication of even more serious condition called sleep apnea.

You’ve probably tried several things to eliminate this devastating condition. You would probably do anything to get a good night sleep. But you haven’t had any success, have you?

For you to understand exactly where I’m coming from, before I tell you what will work for you, let me explains what is causing you to snore.

It’s actually pretty simple. There is always some kind of block in the breathing passages that cause snoring. The airflow in the breathing passage automatically becomes irregular if there is any block there.

As the airflow becomes irregular, the soft tissues in the breathing passage will start to flap, making the irritating snoring sound.

What makes snoring so complicated to cure is, the blockages varies so much between people. And most of the time there are several blockages in the breathing passage each person has.

Few Examples of what may be causing you to snore…

1) Your throat can be very weak and fall in when you sleep. This is very common for people who suffer from sleep apnea.

2) Weak tongue also falls into the throat and block it. This is very common if you sleep on your back but can also happen when sleeping on your site.

3) The Jaw may press on the breathing passage narrowing it. Often this is because of tension in the muscles around the Jaw that press it out of its normal healthy position.

4) Floppy, weak soft palate bang around like leaf in a wind. Some snoring surgeries deal with this by cutting of part of the soft palate or putting small plastic implants in it to make it firmer. Simple moving it in the right way few times a day will keep it firm and prevent it from flopping.

6) Anything that builds up in the throat like far or tar from cigarettes. This will block the throat.

6) Anything that might gather in the throat, like fat or tar from cigarette smoke, will narrow the throat and cause snoring.

These are only 6 common blocks but there are many more.

Let me ask you a simple question: what would you do if your legs muscles were so weak and you couldn’t walk? Train them, right? How about doing the same with your breathing passages? How about working out the breathing passages?

What I have discovered is that you can train this part of your body in the same way you train other parts of your body.

You’re of course not going for a heavy workout. You don’t kill a fly on your friends head with a sledge hammer. I’m talking about light, easy, simple exercises that get your breathing passage in top shape.

This is very fragile area so the exercises are fine tuned and do not demand much effort, only commitment for few weeks.

The beauty of working out your breathing passage is that the same exercises will work for what ever may be blocking your throat.

You’ll actually strengthen and open up the whole breathing passage, from your throat up to the nasal opening.

Touch your voice box with your left hand (the big chunk on the front of your throat). Now also touch your forehead with your right hand. From your left hand to your right is the area you’re going to be training and removing any block from.

By doing simple throat exercises your soft palate and the whole area from bellow your voice box up into your nasals and everything in-between will be strengthened and refreshed. Plus it will clean the throat of any fat or tar.

Strengthening your tongue prevents it from falling into your throat.

The tongue exercises will strengthen the tongue and help it regain just the right amount of flexible tension to stay out of the throat.

Loosing up the Jaw, using the jaw exercises will remove any tension from it. You’ll be surprised how much easier you’ll breath after you do the Jaw exercises.

The Jaw exercises will loosen up the jaw and help it reach its healthy normal position where it won't press on the breathing passage.

This is only small example how you can exercise your breathing passage.

How much effort you want to put into this is up to you. Training for as little as 3 minutes will do the trick.

For even quicker and better results, commit to 7-12 minutes a day and see what happens. The results are permanent, so once you’re cured, you never have to do this again.

I recommend committing to 7-12 minutes a day for quick, permanent results. After you cure your self, you never have to do the exercises again.

I’ve seen people treat their snoring in as little as couple of days. Few weeks is more the norm tough. If you commit to 7-12 minutes a day for couple of months, you’re pretty much guaranteed to be snore free before that time is up.

It varies a lot between people how quickly the exercises work. I recommend that you be ready to work the program for two months. The program will most likely stop your snoring quicker than that. But if you’re ready to give it full blast for two months, you’re guaranteed to cure your self.

It’s nothing as joyful for me as opening my email program and read the emails from my clients. Most of them are simple thanking me for giving them their life back. At least giving them their sleep back. I hope I receive one from you soon.
